To apply for a place at our nursery school, you will need to complete an application form and bring with you the following documents to support your application:

• Child's Birth Certificate.
• Proof of your address (utility bill/bank statement).
• Proof of your eligibility to funding (Universal Credit statement/golden ticket/asylum details/working family code).

All applications must be returned in person, along with the relevant documents, to Howard Street Nursery, Howard Street, Rochdale, OL12 0PP.

Please note: If your child is eligible for funding, places will be allocated subject to availability. If we are unable to offer a place immediately, your application will be added to our waiting list.
